It features a marina with floating docks, fishing pier with shelter, a cedar canal front boardwalk, village green, lighted walkways with benches and shade arbors, landscaping using native waterfront plants, a canal overlook deck & pier, gazebo & arbor, playground, boat ramp for kayaks and canoes, restroom facilities, 28-space metered parking lot and a handicap ramp from the street to the village green and walkways.
